Dear Friend,, I am pleased to share that we have a new Chief Development Officer, Sherrana Kildun, who started work this week. As many of you know, Elliot Stockstad left Habitat in the fall of 2018 to pursue a new opportunity, and boy did he leave some big shoes to fill! Wanting to be sure we found just the right person for the job, I took my time and was very intentional with the search. And, Sherrana is well worth the wait. Sherrana comes to us from the Greater Tacoma Community Foundation where she served for over 14 years, most recently as the Director of Donor Services. She has extensive experience working with donor families and has particular expertise in legacy gifts and program innovation. Her skill set rounds out the talents in our existing development team, and I am confident Sherrana's leadership will take this team - and our organization - to new heights. A Tacoma native, Sherrana has a heart for our community and is eager to impact the housing crisis through her new role here at Habitat. I am beyond thrilled to have Sheranna join us and am excited for you to meet her in the months ahead. As you see her in the community or around Habitat, please extend her a warm welcome. partnership, |
