Some take the Habitat Challenge to conquer fears; others to mark a milestone; some do it just for the bragging rights. Whatever the reason, when you take the Challenge, you'll be 245' above Tacoma with just one way down.
In order to reach the roof, participants must raise a minimum of $1,000 to benefit Tacoma/Pierce County Habitat for Humanity. We make it easy with online tools to help you promote your rappel, collect donations and track your progress.
By going over the edge, you help keep entry-level homeownership accessible for our neighbors and open the door to a family's first home.
Your donation benefits Tacoma/Pierce County Habitat for Humanity and helps our participants reach their fundraising goals.

All Habitat Challenge participants must be between 100-300 lbs, have the ability to climb two flights of stairs and
a short ladder unassisted, and possess the leg strength to step up to the roof's parapet in order to rappel.
You're all set!
Thank you for supporting Tacoma/Pierce County Habitat for Humanity, and welcome to our community of Edgers.
Be sure to set up your fundraising page and start your quest to raise $1,000.
Our partners at Over the Edge offer an on-demand webinar with fundraising tips and you are welcome to check it out.
Once you reach the $750 milestone, you'll be invited to reserve a specific time slot for your rappel.
